Mid-Season Classic

It’s that exciting time of the year again – the Annual Mid-Season Classic is just around the corner! In case you’re new to Woodinville Little League, this fun-filled event is not only an opportunity for our community to come together but also a crucial fundraising event. The event will take place at Northshore Athletic Fields (NAF) from 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday, May 18th, 2024.

Parking at NAF can be challenging. There is a parking lot across the street from NAF.

Activities:

  • Webbly appearance at Baseball vs. Softball Game

Games

  • Games all day! (schedule to follow)
  • Baseball vs. Softball Game Field 2 @ 10:30AM
  • Challenger Senior Game Field 1 @ 10:30AM
  • Challenger Game Field 2 @ 12:30PM

* Warmups for the above games start 30 minutes prior to game start.

  • Live Raffle (drawing at 2:00pm)
  • Silent Auction (live until Sunday, May 19th, 2024)

Auction Information

One of the highlights of the Mid-Season Classic is our silent auction, and we want to make it truly special. The silent auction will open approximately one week prior to the Mid-Season Classic event. It will close on Sunday, May 19th , 2024.) A link to view baskets will be sent out to all WLL families.

We are asking each team to contribute a basket to be included in the auction. These baskets play a significant role in raising funds for the league, and we know that with your enthusiasm, we can make a real impact.

Steps to turn your basket in:

  1. Find a team parent willing to pick a theme and collect donations.
  2. Prepare items for presentation. Pick a basket or unique container to show them off.
  3. Make sure items are secure. The basket may be wrapped in plastic for transportation but may be unwrapped for presentation at the auction.
  4. List all items included in your basket and an estimated value. Please be specific.
  5. Deliver your basket to Kati Kennedy (18005 NE 146th Way Woodinville, WA 98072) no later than Friday May 4th, 2024. Please call or text Kati (206-902-6026) to schedule a drop-off time.

Volunteers

Volunteers make big events like the Mid-Season Classic possible! We need YOU to help make this year’s event as wonderful as ever. We are looking for volunteers to help on the day of the event. This is a wonderful opportunity for students who need volunteer hours. Each shift is two hours and most jobs can be done with a friend. Please visit the SignUp Genius below to sign up for a spot!
